Gloucester County DWI / DUI Attorney

A conviction for DWI can result in a large fine, sharply higher insurance rates and the loss of your driver’s license. Depending on your circumstances, you may also receive a jail sentence.

But even if you blew over .08, it may still be possible to avoid a DWI conviction. If the police made a mistake when stopping your vehicle, making an investigation or administering breath tests, it may be possible to obtain a dismissal of the charge or reduction to a nonalcohol driving offense.

Don’t decide to plead guilty before speaking with a DWI defense lawyer.  Call me today for a free consultation at 609-390-4600.
