Cape May County DWI/DUI Attorney

Defending Your Rights and Freedom

Cape May County is a favored destination for visitors from Philadelphia, New Jersey and other states. A visit to this beautiful corner of New Jersey can be marred by a DWI arrest. You should not take an arrest lightly. The consequences of a DWI conviction can include the loss of your driver’s license, sharply higher insurance rates and possibly a jail sentence.

But many DUI charges can be overcome, through vigorous representation that identifies flaws in the state’s case. You should speak with an experienced DWI defense attorney as soon as possible.
