I am a tough and experienced criminal defense attorney. I have been practicing criminal law in South Jersey for 25 years. I am a former New Jersey Deputy Attorney General (state prosecutor) and former Atlantic County Assistant Prosecutor. I am also a New Jersey Supreme Court Certified Criminal Trial Attorney. My practice is limited exclusively to criminal defense.

I have won “not guilty” verdicts in an array of criminal trials including murder, commercial bribery, drug offenses, theft and sexual assault offenses.

I recently won a “not guilty” verdict in a murder trial held in Atlantic County Superior Court. The case was State v. Helena Hendricks and my client was charged with multiple crimes including murder, felony murder and armed robbery. The State alleged that my client participated in a robbery-homicide of the Maritime Bar located in Atlantic City. After a three-week trial, the jury found my client “not guilty” of all charges including murder.
